The guides on this site are general information for travellers. We check them on the date shown on each page, but rules, opening times and prices in China change, sometimes without notice. Confirm entry requirements with the Chinese embassy or consulate and with your airline before you travel.
Sending the Plan your trip form is free and commits you to nothing. A plan and quote we send you lists what is included and how long the price holds.
When you accept a quote we ask for a deposit of 30% of the trip price, and the balance 30 days before your arrival. Bookings of one or two days with a guide are paid in full when booked. Each quote states its own cancellation terms, which take into account costs already paid to third parties such as train operators, attractions and hotels.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa you need, for travel insurance, and for giving us accurate passport details for bookings.
